When I go to open an video presentation, it acts’ as if the presentation will start then it takes me directly to the survey….Help!!
We have found that this is a result of pop up blockers being on somewhere on your system. You might first check you browser to see if it has pop up blockers on. If the browsers pop blocker is off then you will have to check the rest of your system to see where there is a pop blocker on.
I am not getting sound, I see a picture and see the slides change, however no sound??!!
Please start at the basics; making sure you’re speakers are firmly connected and powered up, volume turned up. Then you might try playing a CD or some sound through you computer to make sure it is functioning correctly. Then gone back to the System requirements page and run the ‘audio test’ to confirm it is working.
I am on a networked computer system and when I open a video presentation to start a ’tutorial video’ it then jumps me directly over to the survey… What is going on ???
Please check with your system administrator and inquire about having pop blockers on for you computer or on your network. It may be possible for them to be able to, make it ‘ok’ for pop up’s as being ‘acceptable’ from the www.caroltuttlelearningcenter.com <http://www.caroltuttlelearningcenter.com> site.
I have been able to get the video and slide presentation to work [barely]; meaning that it the video hangs/stalls when I am watching a tutorial and the picture stops frequently while I am trying to watch it!
You will want to check you internet speed connection to confirm that you are getting enough speed for the media intensive program to feed your system correctly..
To check speed you can go here: and choose ‘measure download speed’, then ‘run bandwidth test’ : http://pcpitstop.com/internet/
I have been able to get into the website and I choose a course that I want to watch. I click on the view presentation; the window pops open and the slides [PowerPoint presentation] starts. However I see no video, what isn’t working???
Please refer to the answer above and make sure that you confirm, that your Internet speed is sufficient.
