Use This Technique to Create a Healthier Body

You have acupressure points all over your body.

One key point you can tap that will activate your metabolism and digestion is your Thymus Point. The Thymus Point is located about an inch and a half above your sternum, or put your fingertips on your chest between your breasts and go up an inch.

When you are craving foods, have just overeaten, or have simply just finished a balanced meal and feel good, you will aide your digestion and metabolism by tapping on the Thymus Point.

Repeat the following statements while repeatedly tapping:

  1. I am fit and healthy
  2. I am eating to feed my body and no longer my cravings
  3. I am utilizing all the energy of this food
  4. My body knows exactly what to do with the food I provide for it
  5. I am grateful for my healthy metabolism
  6. This food digests easily and I burn all the calories
  7. I am grateful for my thin, fit body

Stimulate more power for your body in doing its job well by tapping the Thymus point several times a day.
