5 Steps to Bear Your Burdens with EASE

When you are being challenged and starting to feel down here are some important steps to take to help you.

1. Ask God, "What lessons am I to learn from this experience?"

2. Ask God to take your trial(s) and bless them to come

to a positive outcome so you will grow and increase in wisdom and knowledge. 3. Ask God to help you bear your challenge with patience.

4. Ask God for an increase of faith to make you equal to what seems hard.

5. Ask God to bless you with the spirit of comfort, so as you move through your trying times you can feel comforted.

Another powerful tool when you are going through challenges is to petition your angels to help you.

To learn more how to receive this help please invest in my "Petitioning Your Angels" audio seminar on CD at:

Write on your mirror for this week:

"I am grateful for all my experiences in life.

I am learning to receive the good from all of life. I am blessed with added faith and strength and the knowing that everything will work out."

God bless you as you move through trying times.

Know that you are only testing yourself to see if you will stay faithful to the principles and truths you claim to embrace when life is easier.

You can make it. Imagine you are three months into your future looking back and saying...."I remember when I was going through that challenge, I am grateful to be in a better place."

Until next week,
